WHERE WE SHIP FROM
We have several locations around the United States. Orders are typically shipped from the warehouse nearest to you.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS AND COST
We offer FREE domestic shipping on all products. Tracking is available for all locations.
USA orders are shipped via USPS, UPS and FedEx.
PROCESSING TIMES
Our goal is to process orders within 2-3 business days; however, each listing will state 5-7 business days processing time. We will not sacrifice quality over speed. Our fulfillment team does not work or ship on weekends or public holidays.
Note: If a size or color is unavailable at a warehouse closest to your location, we may ship your order from a more distant warehouse, which may increase the typical shipping times. Please allow up to 10 business days for your delivery to arrive.
TRACKING NUMBERS
When your items are shipped out, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS.
If you haven’t received one or if the tracking number doesn’t work, no worries. Contact us and our friendly team will do their best to assist you.

UNEXPECTED DELAYS
In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most of these delays are caused by the carrier delays, weather or during busy holiday seasons. Most of these delays are, unfortunately, out of our control. However, please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive, and we will work with you to find the best possible solution.
ITEMS LOST OR STOLEN AFTER DELIVERY
In cases where a package has been successfully delivered but is subsequently lost or stolen (ex. by “porch pirates”), Easy Gratitude cannot be held responsible. Any refunds or replacements will be at our sole discretion. We advise that a report be filed with your local post office and police station in this scenario. Local authorities may help retrieve your stolen package.
